Shipping Policy (HyalurBody™)

Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take longer.
If we are experiencing a high order volume or a carrier delay, we will notify you via email and/or your tracking link as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing) typically fall within:
- Standard Shipping: [3–7] business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
Carriers
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HyalurBody™ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it after you cover the new shipping cost, or we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (if applicable) and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier.
Shipping to PO Boxes / APO/FPO

Shipping Issues & Carrier Delays
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, we recommend waiting for the next scan update.
If your package appears lost or has not moved for [7] business days (domestic), contact us and we will assist with next steps.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items, please email us within [48 hours] of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the box and shipping label
- photos of the product(s) and packing materials
We will review and work with you on a replacement or resolution where applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
